AXIS BANK NPA ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION

Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to to inform you that I am unable to any transaction from my Axis Bank (A/c No. – 915010031051837) since last 1 month, when I had contact to axis customer care they said your a/c now in “NPA” please contact our nearest branch.
Then I have four times visited in Axis Bank (Branch – Konnagar) but they could not provide any positive feedback till now.
Hence requesting you to need your help to get resolve the issue as soon as possible.
