complaint is regarding i have booked some tickets from irctc..due to the train canclled i filed tdr, so irctc people send the refund instructions to axis bank more than 1week ago even though the bank people are not refunding my money, i called to customer care several times nobody is resolving my problem and also the bank people told me to send dispute fon i did that then also they are not responding…the people are deducting money more and also providing less service.
