Axis bank has deducted 850 amount

Hello Sir,

Axis bank has deducted 850 amount from my salary account and the details are given below-

Amount – 850.00

I have complain many time to refund but did not received my amount back.

From axis bank one person came to me and said you have a free of cost offer of De-mate Account because your salary amount is more than 25000 and which is credited in axis bank account. Then I have processed for the same. after that I had been charged Rs. 850 amount on 09th apr 2012. Infact, I have not received any type of details of demate account like userid of demate account, password, demate account number etc.

Can you please help me to get my amount back. And I also want to close the demate account because I dont want any deduction for the same in future .
