I hold Axis Bank Credit Card No. 4514 5600 0113 7037. The bank has been charging various undue charges on this card for the past 6-8 months. Although I kept on paying part amount every month, the bank managed to maintain the same balance for several months by repeatedly charging various charges month after month after month. This card is not in use for the past 4-5 months. Ultimately I stopped paying any amount to the bank for the past 2 months and intimated to the bank that i would pay the outstanding amount only when all the past undue charges are reversed, but instead of reversing any of the charges, the collection dept. Of the bank started harassing me and my family members. One person from the collection dept. Ms. Anjum Shaikh has started using abusive language and is trying hard to extort money from me.
Axis Bank seems to have forgotten all professionalism and has employed goons for extortion purpose.
