Average very less compared to the Advertisement

Hello:

I brought Etios vehicle in Aug 2011, immediately after the purchase I have highlighted dealear (Millennium Toyota) about my average issue but till today nothing has been done.

I am getting 8.75 km/l average compared to 17.56 km/l as advertised by the company.

I want company to give me a new car in the same model or rectify the issue and moreover compensate me as I have lost lot of money in fuel.

Only because of the advertised average I had gone to purchase this vehicle.
