Automatic washing machine

I am very dissatisfy from LG service. I had bought an automatic washing machine on 10/02/2010 from KAYSONS INDIA, Vivekanand Chowk, Delhi Road, Sonepat in Rs.16300.00 model no. 8019QS. and whose warranty card number is 233393. It is not working since one and half monthes approx. When we firstly registered our complain (complain no. RNA120618018497) then ur people came to us and said they will repair it out within a week. then again next day they came and said we will have to pay for the repairing parts. we said them that it is written on the warranty card that there is 3 years warranty on parts, then they said we want the photocopy of the warranty card and the bill and our problem will be sorted out within a week. but we got no response from ur side. then we called on your toll free number 18001809999 and discussed our problem, they replied that they will not solve our problem, the shop from where we purchased is responsible. we again went to the shop then the shopkeeper registered our complain (no. RNA120720056279) then two people came again to us on the last day at 8:00 pm and said they want our original bill and warranty card instintly otherwise our request will be cancelled. Does this whole process make any sense.. is this LG service. ??? please try and solve our problem coz LG is very trustful and reputated company
