dear sir,
I am using pre-paid bsnl sim. Few weeks ago i have recieved sms from bsnl thanking me for subscribing a service & deducted Rs.8/- from my balance Since i have not subscribe the said service I booked acomplaint with bsnl costumer-care & they assure me of solving the problem. But yesterday again same messege shows up & Rs.8/- deducted. Again i booked a complaint but no result till now.
So i am lodging complaint against bsnl with your forum to the needful.
