Automatic balance deductions

I have reliance sim 8080286785
From last 3 weeks reliance is robbing my balance by Rs3 after every 5 days, when i contacted cistomer care, they said that i have clicked on some promotional links which led to deduction. And these services are on one time activation basis because of which we cannot stop those deductions.
In reality i haven’t clicked on any such links.
Please help me otherwise they will keep on robbing my balance.
