Automatic activating services

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Goa&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Bharti Airtel</p>I sachin kolhe having airtel card 9730132970. On 23 Jan. they automatically activated ask doctor service and deducted Rs.5 balance from my account, when I called to customer care no one is responding after that I deactivated the service by using *121*5#. But again after 1hr. I got another same service activation sms and again Rs.5 has been deducted from main balance.
