Biscoot service gets activated automatically and when I speak to the vodafone care agents they say that it got activated when i surfed the net which is a true irresponsibility by the company and they are not agreeing to refund 35Rs which got deducted without me being asked about it and iam completely unaware of what biscoot service is

even i was deducted for a similar sum without subscribing to biscootservice .
they said to sms stop to 155223. i did that and got a reply that i have to sms the service number .what is goi ng on.
biscoot service is automatically activated and not deactivated after lot of efforts.this is exploitation by vodafone.better to switch over to other mobile companies.
I agree, now Vodafone is looting innocent customers by doing these frauds. Vodafone should be blacklisted and kicked out of the country. Found that there are multiple complaints like this against Vodafone.

Cheater company. And vodafone also cheater. Why activating tjough we dont want??? Dont charge in my bill, cheaters.
The biscoot pack got activated without my asking for it and Rs 35 deducted. This is outrageous and blatant cheating of consumers.
From my vodafone prepaid no. 9899443800 amount rs. 21 has been deducted with a msg biscoot store pack now activated for 7 days as requested, but i have not request for any service
Kindly do the needful and refund the amount.

Biscoot service has been activated on my no. Without my concern even I m not aware of this service and I never activated this kind of service on my no. In my entire life ! I think the service provider started looting consumer to make their profit out of our pocket , but I think this is height now, m gonna file suit against them.
This is crazy. They say that inactivated it and when I asked if they can prove it, they said they can’t .
This is absolutely stupid and a way of taking money out of our pockets.

It is the responsibility of companies to provide better services.
Company should be ready to take handset and disable the feature if customer doesn’t have knowledge else there should be process to disable permanently from company side.
Representative should not say because of net,popup etc.
Respect to the customer.
