Hi, This is abhishek soni my mobile number is 9699047859.My nunber was having sms packs of Rs. 91(validity 3 months) and Rs. 25( 15 days validity) from last 6 months.These packs are auto renewal packs.Last time in 21 to 29 June both packs got auto renewed and balance deduction done on proper time.On 10th of July i noticed i getting paid for all sms i am sending.So, i raised complaint number 222504584 on 198 customer number. After 10th of july whenever i am calling to customer call they are not having any resolution of my compliant.They are always saying that we have raised the request on high priority and asking for waiting 48 hrs.Its 9 days from my request still no resolution.
Please let me know what should i do for the same ?
