Auto Download & False commitment during sale of connection

Hello,

I have purchased internet connection from Hathway Internet & Broadband.

During the sale of connection Hathway make false commitment in relation of feature and service. Sales Executive promised that will install LAN cable in my room (within my house). But installation engineers has demanded to extra charge to install LAN cable to my Desktop but I have refused and made complaint to customer care but still no positive action has been taken, as promised by sales executive. It is matter of cheating.

And the worst future in Hathway Internet is it start auto download without acceptance of user. When I start my watsapp and received any video (any size..5 mb, 10 mb, or.any size). It start auto download without asking or command to download. No one internet service provider has this worst feature. This could directly impact on my monthly bill and uses (which is 10 Gb monthly).

I have made many calls to customer care and sales executive but still no action has been taken. If this it is not resolved that I would like to surrender this plan of Hathway Internet and made legal caes of cheating.
