Auto Balance deduction

Location/place: Barabanki/U.P.

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

My name is Shashank Shukla. My no. is 8176818326.
I’m using docomo for 1 month and having problem of auto activation of unnecessary services.. Everytime I recharge my balance i find a sms saying we have activated ****** service on your number. .
When I tried to call to act/deact helpline, they call that there is no services are activated on your number..
Have lost about 100Rs…
