AUTO ACTIVATE SERVICE AND DEBIT THE BALANCE

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear all, I am using TATA DOCOMO sim,Proble is that there are activate unkown scheme and debit my balance Rs.30/- on each scheame it was happen 4 to 5 times in last 2 month when i call to customer care they told the details not updated in our system so call us after half an hour but next time when i am try they not connect our call to customer call executive that all above happen every time please help me.
i will wait for your responce
