Autmatic activate the value added service cause reduction in bal

M aircel telicom service user … . Today a value added service activated automatically ..and cut my 30 rupees bal nw a days froud of these compney increasing day by day ,even their customer.care dont receive the call of complains ., so how can we people fight with this …really dhis is desastrous no buddy taking action against them ..why not goverment control the customer care sevice .,i think involvement of goverment can reduce dis nouncence created by this compney .,its not nly mine problm.,so please help us.to be a healthy relation between customer and compney .,
