I purchased a binocular from a seller registered in eBay. Product was defective, but neither eBay nor the seller refunded me. They opened a claim id 423305 (user: premaparna), but never acknowledged the returned defective item through post. They did not even refund my dues. Stay away from eBay. Worst customer experience.
