Vodafone has deducted Rs. 99 from my balance unknowingly
Unknowingly, Vodafone has deducted Rs. 99 from my balance. The Vodafone customer care is saying, I have download the content from “DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_99-NDTV”. But, I didn’t click anything and I did not download anything from DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_99-NDTV. And, my balance Rs.99 got deducted from my mobile. I am using this mobile number (9884248187) from past 8+ years.…
