My mobile no. 7276868686, my balance. Has been deductedon on 31/01/2015 after 11.00 pm. My balance was Rs 980/- at 10.45pm after that I slept when in morning I picked my cell phone the balance was Nill and customer care is not resposing why balance had been deducted and all.
