    Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Delayed in activation of my new Aircel number. I am Manali Ghosh from Kolkata,West Bengal. I have brought an aircel sim of kolkata circle on 22nd February morning. I have called 59059 for the sim activation and recharge and they told us that it will be activated after 2 hours. But still…
