Sir, I completed my degree in 2009-11 from eiilam university through this institute.I got my marksheets & migration certificate but degree not received till today.Institute owner says they closed working with that university and giving some nonsense reasons when I go to at Institute every time.plz help me sir………I have my payment slips and marksheets
