    I-Sparsh had giving me website. But he had not given me services. he is not receiving my phone He had taken 5000/- for website making and 5000/- for balance. Plz give me some solution to get out of this problem.

    I am taken the website(www.arroh-e-services.com) from I-sparsh. Mr.S.K. Gupta (0936520938) is not receiving the phone and his api is now blocked and I have Rs.3517/- balance left in it.
