Low quality product
I have ordered one jacket on 18th january from jabong.com. i received it on 22nd.After twice usage i found the stiching become loose.So i returned it on 7 th February.They have a 30 days return policy.Now they are saying it is an usage defect.So they will neither exchange it,nor mend it.Please help me.
