    My transaction on WBSEDCL with condumer id 301741817 via SBI account no 20390301309 was unsuccessful. So I had to pay another time for avoiding late payment charges. My account balance is too low to maintain required minimum balance. I would be verry happy to have a quick refund. Please initiate refund asap
