Sony Laptop company not responding for case ID 022156786

Dear Sir, We have logged the complain in Sony Laptop customer care on 28th October 2014 for laptop repairing.The case ID is 022156786. The same laptop is under warranty. Twenty days are lapsed from the complained date. Still there is no response from the company. Please take care of this.
