Sir,

I booked for a a subscription of a card at Aura seven P ltd ,on
04-06 -14.
Afterwards I received the email for confirmation of my address to receive the card and complimentary Gifts worth Rs 4999/-.further going through the email I found that what they told through phone is different from the Email I received .So I cancelled through the phone the same day of booking.
They denied for the cancellation.
And I did not send the reply email they requested from me to confirm my address to send card and complimentary gifts.
But I found the transaction got reflected in the recent statement. I do not want to pay for it.
So please help me to come out of the problem please finish the issue as early as possible.
I am attaching the email I received from them for confirmation of my address.

    I face same problem like above metion issue i got call frm seven imdia and said 4 benefits of offer and deducte 7999 frm my creditcard
    aftr one hour i called to cancel this but they denied and i find email is differt as what thy said so please guide me should i confirm on mail or not?

    I also got a call from aura seven today, they said this is an offer for mastercard/visa and had the same 4 offers as above. I want to cancel the payment. called their number, one guy picked and said office is closed, call tomorrow morning. Don’t know whether they will refund the money. 🙁

    Hi,
    I have also booked a package from Aura Seven and somehow i was not convinced with product that i received, but when i called them and discussed my issue. They refunded me my money. I think you should talk to them instead of posting this issue. Mine was resolved so I am very much thankful to them.

    I’d called them again next day morning, they said they can’t cancel the order even though it’s not shipped. I’ll update once I receive the package.

    I did receive the same offer today but I didnt confirm the offer and after one hour they called me and said they have booked it and wanted me to transfer over the IVR for billing information. I denied to do that . They said they had already billed my card for rs 7999. But i didnt give my credit card or debit card details to them. No message for transaction of 7999 came on my phone as normally I get. I called my HDFC bank and they said no transaction had been done today. They never approve such purchase where if customer does not provide any card details. But the Auraseven people said that they had billed my card and it will show on my bank statement.

    Ya..I only approved it through IVR.. i don’t know on what mind set i was at that time..normally i cut the call when i hear such offers…my bad…

    Till now I haven’t received the package. yesterday i mailed them, they said they’ve already sent it, will be receiving soon. But no notification either through mail or sms. :\

    Same thing happened to me..I got a call from Aura executive and he said that this is call from Master Card/Visa and they have a offer…I did hear out the offer and was convinced that I can go on a holiday with my Friends and also availe 25-30 discount on shopping…Then I gone through the IVR process and confirmed…I received their email after 24 hours and it says that you can go on holiday with your Wife and 2 children…From where should i get a Wife and 2 Children???…I called Aura Seven and told them to refund but the Manager in Cancellation Team is saying that as I have confirmed everything in IVR and he has it recorded he cannot give me refund though I have not yet replied to their confirmation email…This is a fraud Company…They don’t give what they promise….Please do spread the message…

    I have the same issue like Mr Joseph Gomes. After looking to all such reactions I think I have got cheated. I have never given the feed back to such kind of calls but yesterday I have got cheated for Rs. 7999/-. If I will not receive the committed package, I will do police case on Aura seven pvt ltd. Also I will spread it thro whats app/twitter/facebook/linkedinn like such way.

    Yesterday I have got call & reply mail from Aura Seven Pvt Ltd. Also I have got details which they are going to provide me with Rs. 7999/- package. Now I have got satisfied with their explanation . I think need not to be worry about their genuinity. They have also provided their helpline phone numbers. Thanks to Aura Seven Pvt ltd.

    Hi Everyone,

    I received a call from Aura seven same day evening and the lady (senior manager) apologized in behalf of the sales adviser who tried to bully me.. she confirmed as I didnt do any transaction over the IVR such as entering billing information, I am not billed for it. I was sure about it because i know how transactions takes places so I was not worried about dat. I was angry because of the way sales adviser treated at the last moment who doesnt know what is a customer service. Manager had advised that they have taken serious actions against the adviser. I hope he doesnt lose his job as it was not my intention. My purpose here is to bring attention to the management of Aura seven to look what their sales team does to earn incentive. I would recommend to have conversation with their customer support who are geniune and have skills of customer service.

    I have got the same package of Rs. 7999/- from Aura Seven India Pvt. Ltd. in the month of march 2014 I was not satisfied when I got the package but last week i went for a holiday and had a great experience there and got my food cash back of Rs. 4000/- within 48 hours after sending the scanned copies of bills…. They have provided me the great services as the committed..

    I have got the same package of Rs. 7999/- in the month of March 2014 from Aura Seven India Pvt. Ltd. when i got the courier i was not satisfied but last week i went for a holiday and had a great experience there & got my food cash back of Rs. 4000/- within 48 hrs. after providing the scanned copy of the bills..

    what i understand from the conditions is, i have to send the original copy of voucher i received . if i send my voucher to them what would i have in my hand as a proof . How can i trust blindly?
    once submission is done whom should i contact after this process. who will be in touch with us from aura seven ?
    who will receive us at the hotel?? will there be any rep of Aura Seven at hotel??

    Hey Guys,

    I have got the same call just 5 minutes ago and i was in front of my lappy while the call only i searched internet for the aura seven and i found this is a fraud company. They will just ask you for the money and then there will be no package delivered to you or no discount will be availed.

    I heard the whole offer clamly and then i asked the manager that why there company is investing so much as it is not associated with bank.

    If we use our cards it will benifit banks not aura seven than why they will invest so much money please beware they are not investing money they are bullying you and frauding you.

    At the end of the discussion i just asked manager that your company is fraud already 317 cases registered on consumer forum, he was just taking to his neighbour caller that the customer already know we are bullying and just hanged the call.

    So please be active please search for every call on internet before investing.

    I was aware of such things so was just writting to make you all aware of such calls.

    I also got call and they said as I am privileged customer they are offering this offer to me. I was convinced with him. He also said I can cancel the offer within 12 days if I don’t like. But when their manager called and I questioned about cancellation process they said its only for good reason.
    As per them I can get the discount on everything I purchase. I asked if I buy the car then he stared behaving very badly.
    Guys avoid such offers and company.

    IN THE SAME WAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AURA SEVEN AND AS PER THERE COMMITMENT I BOOKED YESTERDAY. BUT I DIN,T KNOW WHAT IS REAL/ TRUE.

    Guys, this is absolutely fake offer. I had got the same call but I refused to perform the transaction unless I get authenticity of the offer.
    When I surfed for information related to this I found this was absolutely fake offer.

    I also got trapped into the same a few days back. On the phone they told me that the list of destination will be provided by them, but the accommodation there will be of my choice. It was confirmed thrice over the call by their executives. When i received the package, i saw that they have provided the accommodation list too. I reported this thing immediately to them. On mutual agreement, it was decided that they will play the confirmation call recording for me. If my claim found to be fraudulent i will accept it else if it is true they will go for complete refund. Fortunately for me, over the recording the claim was true and their executive raised the request for refund.

    Today, after 2 days i again got a call from them, informing me that there is no cancellation kind of thing with them. When i argued that their executives themselves confirmed on cancellation the guy over the other end told me that those all employees who talked to me have left the company. and if i want to go for cancellation i will need to pay 2500 INR.

    I am unable to understand how could a company fire 4 of its employees on a single day and that too only those who all were related to my issue. Its such a fake. Moreover, every single minute the company keeps on changing its cancellation and refund policy.

    Someone, please help me on this. Its getting onto my nerves now. Its getting more and more irritating day by day.

    I got call from Aura seven. This seems to be completely fraud, when I confirmed the same from net, they seem to be FAKE. Guys these companies should be banned, I don’t know how is it possible for such a fake company to exist such longer, why no action is taken against them.

    Yesterday I too received a call from these people. The guy told he is calling on behalf of CitiBank. As a nominated customer of Citibank they are offering me this. I told I will check with my family and confirm in a day or so. That person told, “What you want to confirm with family madam”. What kind of line is that..!! I was angry that time only. Then 2/3 other person called and apologized. Somehow they convinced me. I was quite busy yesterday, so could not google about this fraud. Now my money is gone…!!! I told them to cancel my booking.     I also got a call from this company giving similar details.
    From the call and whatever i have Googled, this seems to be a fraud company.

    Also, in some of the posts you will find people claiming that they have gone to places within India/ abroad and the company is a genuine company. This sort of tactics is usually employed by fraud companies to mislead genuine consumers. If however such claims are true, request the “satisfied” customers to kindly post their phone numbers/ email so we can verify the same.

    As to how you can safeguard yourself if you given the card details, immediately call up the HDFC credit card theft department and request them to block your card and issue a new one.

    This is what i have done, any further suggestions/ preventive actions is appreciated.

    Also, we can take legal action against such companies by filing a case on consumer forum.

    I also did the transaction and I did it through IVR. I am waiting for the product to reach me as I did the transaction on 6th Sep 2014. I work for a bank and I am in the Fraud Control department. We deal with such cases every day.
    When I did the transaction the lady told me the offer and then asked me if I was OK and after taking my consent they connected me to the IVR where I entered all my card details. As per the RBI guidelines they followed all the norms so the transaction was Genuine as per the process.
    Now when it comes to the product quality I cant say as I am still waiting for the product. Guys we need to break the issue and see it in parts to resolve the same or we will not reach any place.
    The company is not breaking any rules by doing IVR transaction this is a legal process and nothing can be done in such case.

    Then why is that nobody from the repsective banks and visa/ mastercard office knows about any such scheme regarding “previlaged customers”

    Also, IVR lines are helpful only as long as the company is in busines…after gathering enough money what if the company defuncts amd closes down its operations then whom can ee trace our money.

    There are many companies like this who have there products and they sell it via on line mode or IVR mode and Bank has nothing to do with it. The only thing bank cares about is that the company is genuine….
    When you apply for the IVR or IPG (online payment gateway) the bank does a through check and has its own process to evaluate the company and after checking the background of the Directors, the Site, The policies it releases or gives IVR or IPG… and for security that a company will not run away and if it does in case it keeps a bank security starting from 2 lacks to 5 lacks ….
    I hope that answers your question … and this is for all the online and .com companies. Not specific for this Company.

    Hi Guys,

    I am also one of their so called “Valued Customer” and yesterday only i got call from this company and all the details mentioned above regarding the combo of 4 offer and how the details are different in the e-mail from call. I am not saying that this company is fraud or genuine, that i am not sure of as i didn’t receive the product yet nor did i experienced any of their “Facilities”. But one thing i would like to mention here is that their actions are not of a genuine company, i spoke to them for more than 45 minutes over the call only just to clarify all the terms and conditions but still many things i found were hidden when i received the mail. The total amount i paid is 7999 and apart from that i need to pay 499 whenever I will plan for vacations through them. Apart from this they never mentioned before their verification call that in those 4 members who are permitted to go along in the vacations, 2 should be maximum 8Yrs of age. Along with that the Couple Watch and Leather Wallet & Belt they told will be of brand “US POLO CLUB” but in the mail it was mentioned “BRITISH CLUB”. All this was never told in the receiving call instead they just repeated it fast while the verification call was going on. The executive to which i spoke for the very first time said that I can cancel the order even upon the receiving of the kit if the details they mentioned about all the products were not found exactly. Now, when i spoke to them they are saying that this can’t be cancelled. Now if you talk about the rates of any 3-Star hotel in, say Bangkok, the rates are starting from around INR500/day and for which we are paying 7999+998(499+499)+ whatever will be spent on your fooding-3999(if in case it is refunded). So overall, it seems we’ve been fooled.

    I got same offer and accepted also.but when I received mail ,the details where different from what was told to me on phone.i also searched on net and found the products e.g diningplus card is fake.its not accepted by lot of retails which are mentioned on their site.I never confirmed via mail and asked for refund.they tried to convince me a lot.tfinally they refunded after applying cancelation charges of 1000rs!try to talk to them .if it doesn’t work then u can go thru akosha site.but they charge for the service.

    Today I got a call from them. It was very convincing and moreover believing . I was very much sure about their impractical offerings at the value of Rs. 7999 they were asking but still I was drifted in their conversation. A sudden thought of verifying their credentials came to my mind & I asked for a call back after an hour. Despite telling my doubts about their company to the officer who talked to me ( Digvijay Negi) the officer was sounding very confident & convincing and pursuing to book the order immediately to the call which was about to follow in few minutes. They are just hurriedly explaining details over a phone and passing on the baton to other team mates to do second and third call when you are still under the influence of their speech and rosy picture they have shown to you few minutes back. I asked for their company web address & he provided me the same upfront ( http://www.auraseven.com). Just see their website & you will know It’s a catch.. There is nothing about the scheme which you are getting offered. What you see is the web portal trying to sell some cheap products online..
    Be aware & do not fall prey to such fraudulent companies who make fool out of persons who believe their perfectly crafted marketing speech & psychological impact by listening to convincing names of VISA / MasterCard ( Claimed to be) associated with them.
    I just disconnected their last call & informed about my non-interest in their so called Fabulous offering to ‘Privileged Customer’ like who is being chosen due to my past records of regular & on time payments of credit cards.

    Same thing happens to me from Auraseven named Digvjiay and his associates. After listening all, I just asked them, I am not sure what product you are sending to me, just after checking the products, I will give you Credit Card details, as they ask me for faith on them, I also asked them in same way. A lot of pressure and convince they finally disconnect the call.
    In conversation, just I came to know from their talks, inquires, they are more interested on HDFC cards. May be they have good contact with some persons sitting there- not sure about it, being a analytic person, I closely analyse their talk.

    Be careful this type of offers.

    I got a call today, on 15th sept. I asked the website name. And when I searched, being on the call (which was still going on) I landed on this page. Surely these types of call are fraud only. There is nothing free in this world, it depends how you are paying it.

    This is Alok. By reading the above I came to know I am not the first one who has been cheated like this. Today I got a call from 9350259982 he said this is from bank credit card department, since I am doing good transaction from my credit card so I am eligible for a complimentary gift from bank. As gift I have been offered a polo watch, leather belt and wallet , and a card by showing which I will get 30% off on any purchasing. Apart from that there is two holiday packages too.
    one for domestic and other for abroad , 4000/- voucher for fooding on vacation. And for this holiday package I have to pay service charge of 7999/- rupees and via IVR they get it done this transaction by me. They also given a customer care no. for any kind of help regarding this package.
    After few hours, when I tried to confirm the same from my bank, I have realized that I have been bluffed .
    When I called to customer care of there give no. I found this was form IVR Aura.seven.India. I asked them to revert the transaction but they did not agreed at begining. They said, it was clearly mention to you that this is from IVR Aura.seven.India, not from bank, and every thing and since it is being done through me so fair enough. to support his statement they said if I want they can play recorded audio. Then I strongly mention that if you don’t rollback my transaction I will loudg a FIR against them. Beginning they denied, but later agreed when I have threaten them number of times and they refunded whole amount.

    It is totally a fraud company. there Director is SUDHIR KUMAR PAHWA
    it is a Delhi based company registered on 2012.
    company registered address is 28/5,UPPER GROUND FLOOR,EAST PATEL NAGAR, Delhi.

    It is really strange that how Bank is giving this IVR kind of facility to this kind of company. I am going to complain against them. If any one need any assistanc regarding this you can mail me [email protected]

    Chetan Dashora who spend a pleasant trip is non but their intel. He call me several times regarding this after I have bluffed. This is a fraud.

    Some of the word I just copy past from Alok as SAME TO SAME happen to me also

    On 20th sep 2014 I got a call from ICICI bank to my DND registered mobile no. at first time.
    That time I was not carrying my credit card. They told me that are calling from my bank; and requested me to carry credit card next monday 22 sep 2014. They again call me on monday; I forgot carry card as usual. Then thay told that it is a bank survey process and be sure I carry this on next day.

    They again made a call to me next day(23 sep 2014); that time I was carrying my credit card. She said this is from bank credit card department, since I am doing good transaction from my credit card so I am eligible for a complimentary gift from bank. As gift I have been offered a polo watch, leather belt and wallet , and a card by showing which I will get 30% off on any purchasing. Apart from that there is two holiday packages too (I confused as ICICI send me gifts before this.)

    My advice to you to lodge a FIR against this people bcoz after my post every one is doing the same practice who has been deceived by them, so they will not go to entertain you any more on threatening them.Not the time came when we should take proper action against them.     I got a call from mastercard/visa office (which itself is questionnable 🙂 why the hell 2 rivals will give gifts to their customers together :P) the lady was very irritating and called me at least 4 times despite I told her I am not interested. And when she asked for 7999 I was sure its a fake call. And amusingly, that lady kept on telling me its not a fake call ..lol.. chor hi ghar pe aake bolne lage ki mein chor nahi hu..darwaja kholo ..

    dont fall pray for such fraud calls..those who have received gifts, if any, are not even 1% of people who paid them..that’s their agenda..collect from 100..give only to 1 or 2..rest is all theirs..

    After a long talk to them they refund my amount 6999.00RS and keep 1000.00RS as half IVR charge. I talked to them last friday and saturday(26/09/14 and 27/09/14).
    (not easily) They assured me to refund my money back . Finally got back my money on 29/0914.
    Just have to bear the half IVR charge .

He has shown his regret on whatever happen with us and Promised that he will refund whole amount to all who has been bluffed like us and there would not be any further incident like this.

    Hi Guys,
    For your information.. I mentioned earlier in this discussion that the same thing happened to me also. Just want to add on that I’ve got my complete refund(7999INR).
    Friends, be very harsh while writing your complaints to them, do not entertain any deductions also. You have to be strict while writing to them. That’s what I also did.
    Even tough they will try to show you “proofs” of their innocence but all you need to do is refuse any compromises and just ask for your refund in case is you feel cheated.

But just wanted to give a message to all of you my friends, that never share your cvv and OTP no to anyone. Its the only way to stay safe from cyber crime.

    I got the same call. They said they are calling from Master / Visa card service department, and I have been selected for offer.

    I was almost convinced, after talking to them for 40 minutes, I finally said, unless you can send me email before i pay anything, or show some proof, I am not going to pay, and he cutdown the call. Glad, I got saved from cheating.

    Loved the return policy ofOURA SEVEN I ordered for adidas sports shoes but when I wore it was not comfortable, I immediately put up a return request and to my surprise they took the matter really seriously and arranged for a reverse pick up at there cost and asked me that do I need my money in voucher or money credit, I anyways opted for a voucher as I wanted to get another shoes and delighted from there response obviously from there. They mailed me the voucher code and shopped for another shoes and happy wearing it. I am very satisfied with the way the customer care has handled my case.

I shopped for my sister and myself some nice kurtis, the range was also very nice as compared to the showroom rates.     I received a call from Alia – Aura Seven today and have been offered with same options. They have told that since I am their esteemed & privileged customer, I am awarded with long holiday 3N-4D, wrist watch, duffel bag and dining/shopping discounts ranging 5-30%. She was asking to commit 7999/- today itself but when I asked her can you send me detailed information on my email or can I check it online, she denied. When I told her, will I loose the offer if I don’t pay it today, she said yes and also mentioned that my information will be with her only for today since its a daily nomination process.

    The moment I declined the offer she hung up the phone.
    Please beware with this kind of trap and always check if its a scam or any complaints filed against such frauds in consumer forum.

    I have received the Welcome Kit from Aura Seven on Monday(10/11/2014) i.e within 7 days and I have received all the items mentioned by them in the kit. Including the British polo club kit(Couple watches, Leather Belt & Leather Wallet). Also it had food coupons of Rs 4000/- and booklets with coupon codes along with hotel details for domestic and international trips and also the discount card.

    I feel delighted by the service provided by Aura Seven and I feel sorry for posting here without waiting for my order to arrive.

    Hi guys don’t get trapped in this aura seven deal.Call Sudhir Pahwa on the numbers and e-mail provided above and give him left and right with lot of abuses. He will definitely return the money back into your account and also block your credit card and submit the cardholder dispute form with the credit card provider.The bank blocks aura seven transactions and refund will be reflected in your credit card account after one month.

    I too received the call & the call center guy was on call for almost half an hour convincing me for the package. and When i said i shall take time and let you know, he was like this offer is just for you & not for all. So finally i told him, that am checking your complaints on internet. He told me to visit http://magicholidayclub.com/ in special offer section. Then i raised a question, if you had a website then why didn’t you mentioned that & the person who was attending me on call has changed, this mean 2 people were talking to me in continuation, without informing me. + from call started their was no mentioning of magicholidayclub.. finally he apologised me and i hanged the call.

    So guys if any such offers comes, he or she taking your time and force.. do log in to internet & type the offer he mentioned in google .. you all would find some or other complaint clue. avoid getting duped

    Good luck to other, try to visit their office if your from delhi. other better take the vacation they offering, for that too you have to shell out some 500 buck as they told me

    I received the same call today. I went through the process until payment. I asked her which company, she said “Magic Holidays”. I was shocked, i thought of conversing with my bank. I asked the lady for confirmation about the mailing the details before payment.

    She hung up!!!

    In the payment mail, Aura Seven name mentioned made me think what is this!!

    Then received a call from one of their colleague asking me what happened with the payment. I asked him to share the details over email, mere words on phone which u might have recorded at your end is not proof for me. I don’t have any details of you. He just said ok and hung up.

    I don’t know what are they afraid of. Can’t they share the offer information over mail just of enlightenment of the customer?

    I got same call yesterday from a company named APEX Soulution offering the same package. I never listen to such offers but don’t know what went wrong with me and i paid them amount rs. 7999. Now when i have decided to cancel this plan they are saying cancellation is not in their policy. But yesterday in the call they had told me in worst case if i didn’t like the offer i can go for its cancellation. So i paid the amount after that.
    After that i got a welcome call and i asked the same question but then they said it can be cancelled only when they are giving what they have promised. this was not said earlier and i had already paid by the time.
    Now they are not cancelling my order. Can someone please help me in this regard or if anyone has got such call from APEX SOLUTION.
    Please suggest what should i do. should i go to consumer forum and complain against it?

    I have received the same 4 offers through call from Aura Seven but in email their conditions are different and even their Voucher redeeming conditions are different….i have suffered the loss of Rs.7999 but one thing i learnt that such stupid offers are just divert our mind to fulfill our need in less amount….finally realizing that nothing is free…feeling of this stupid offers gives loss only….so guys just stop to believe those fake offers and such fraud companies, if you are getting any such offers calls, strictly deny to them.

    i have been sold this travel package by aura seven and tell you what i got a flop watch a rubbish belt which is broken .watch which is been replaced 5 times but all faulty. i booked the holiday i went ti hotel and tell you the out of 3 hotel in the city i got the worst hotel wen i reached i was given the worst room which was not worth 200 rupees too.seeing that i have not booked my second holiday . i demand my money back. this is fraud companyy and people never ever buy anydeal from them

    I received a call saying the speaker is from SBI Bank saying that i shall receive a free gift hamper worth Rs. 8400/- from Timken Shop & Phone . The amount shall be deucted from by credit card and the same shall be compensated within 2 months. However, after 2 months i am informed that i will receive a cheque. After follow-up i have realised that this is a fraud and the name of the company declared is Aura Seven. The number which is still valid and keep giving reasons and status and answered by people with different names is 9953969416. Also, the name of the person declared who will give the cheque is Rohit. His number keeps changing. The 2 numbers available with me as on date are 7289967129 & 7289028807 both of which are now not valid.

    Hello guys,

    I have been similarly cheated by this fraud company.

    I had purchased their travel voucher last year. Cost of the voucher was Rs. 7999/-, when I claimed for the trip I was asked to send them another demand draft for Rs. 1000/-. Twice I had to send them courier with travel vouchers and then DD.

    After following such a long process, I was able to go for my trip. Stay was ok. But when I came back and claimed for my food reimbursement, they simply denied it.

    First their executive said the reimbursement will be done in one month, then when I called after one month they said their server was down and they cant reimburse now as my request got deleted and my voucher has expired. Then when i threatened legal action, the said they have discontinued the scheme from Dec, 2015.

    They refused to let me talk to any senior. When I yelled this guy Nadeem at their Delhi office tells me nothing can be done, they will not reimburse the voucher and I can do what ever I want.

    I have recorded all their calls and I have decided to file a legal case in Delhi Consumer Court against them.

    In case any of you would like to join me, please message me on my email [email protected]. We need to bring this company down before it cheats many more innocent people like us.

    Waiting for as many response to my appeal as possible, so we can file a big case against these cheaters.
