Your attention please !! Reliance Broadband Coimbatore cheating with low speed and no response to complaints.

We have taken a new connection at our house in Ramasamy Nagar, Singanallur area on 31st July 2014. USER ID 316964324231. Connection taken in the name of my wife Mrs. Anitha. The plan is Thunder combo 1299 with 4Mbps speed. Right at the time of installation I checked the speed it was 800kpbs and asked the service man why it is so slow, to which he replied “Your system has virus, so fornat it”. After my professional response he then agreed that it will take 24hrs to update your profile in mumbai, so wait for 1 day. I waited for 3 days and registered a complaint, ID 223374187 in customer care they promised to resolve the problem in 24 hrs. No calls from local service team or from any reliance person.I’m a professional internet user so i tried all possible ways of troubleshooting in my pc and only then i logged a complaint. I called again to customer care after 2 days to know the status of complaint for which they say your complaint has been closed, as the local service team replied that there is a fault in EB. No one contacted me or visited my house how can they resolve the problem by themselves? If u can provide only 800kbps then u could have spoken the truth at the time of installation. Why all these frauds and cheating business? Is this the way you behave to common people of India? I’m not going to leave this issue until i get it right or cancel the connection.
