Atrotious service Spice

I purchased a mobile handset on 10th October 2015, it was good at that time and after 15 days it occurred a problem such as warm at the time of charging, battery backup, hanging problem, no data storage when it shows the available memory, touch problem, etc.. when I gave it to the service center, they made it but after every 15 days it will send to the service center only. mobile is for the convenience, but if it create inconvenience then why we purchase it and the company of spice is fraud may be because everytime I get the atrotious service by them. I need this time my mobile handset is replaced. please take the appropriate action, now also I face this problem the same
