Dear madam,
This not good,
Because, All services automatically activated by you (company) I am not any services activate in my whole life FYI.
I am only handle my mobile no any child my home I am alone.
4 rs cut for VAS system. 30 rs for my music all message with me. And recording also.
You are trouble to your customer with wrong information. As per trailing mail.
Your customer care told me if can deactivate services within 24 hrs we will repay to you. ( I have recording)
So pls give me money otherwise I will go in consumer court.

We regret to inform that as it was charged in accordance with the charge details, we are unable to credit the waiver charges for the same.

As per your information ‘Cricket Mania’ this services activated on 25.04.13, but I first message get on 8.30 pm on 25.4.13about cricket , I am not interested in cricet,also not subscribe this services. This is automatic activated on 8.30pm on 25.4.13
My balance was deducted from 24.4.13 at 9.30 pm I have also message activation of my music services.
I have recording of discussion with your customer care , three times I have recorded. They don’t tell me about ‘Cricket Mania’ , they only tell me your balance cut for my music services.
Pls recheck and
Give me my 30 rs return ,
Either I will take action cousumercare court . this mail helpful me.

how the activate this service, I have deactivate service on 25.04.13 at 10pm,

I trouble for connect to your customer care servicers last 3hrs.
I had call to customer care services on 24.03.13 on 9.36 pm for this complain but your telesales told me your system is down, then I call on next day for 20 times all call are recorded with me.
