ATM Withdrawal failure, amount deducted from account, but not received physically.
Details:
account with SBI bank
ATM failure happend at same town SBI ATM
approached SBI bank, but no luck , further approached banking ombudsment, still no luck in getting amount back.
Please advice.
SUB-Didnt Recevie Cash But amount got Deducted from My Account
5th JUN 2014 at 6.30 i used my PNB Debit card to withdrwa 5000 Rs/from SBI ATM MACHINE(Branch: KORWA District: SULTANPUR State: UTTAR PRADESH
IFSC Code: SBIN0008069 ) I waited around 2 MIN and nothing came out,ATM computer shown message
as “Timed out and your transaction cancelled. “ still I wait for 2 or 3 minutes ,
press cancellation key and left the ATM,when I checked it was showing 5000Rs/- debited from my PNB account number -1542000100112713
Please do the needful!!!
