Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Ishan Kumar Kanodia having a saving account in state bank of india, swiss park branch, kolkata a/c no. 63017339297. I tried to withdrew cash through atm of sbi a/c card no. 5047753028700006584 at Indusind bank, kolkata on 22 may 2012 at about 9.45 am.I tried to withdrew Rs 3000 for 2-3 times but no cash was dispensed.Consequently i came to know that Rs 1000 was deducted from my account on that transaction. I complained at SBI TO its toll free no. on 26 may 2012 complaint no. AT42924974140.
Sadly, i have not got the said amount back yet in my a/c whereas rbi sets the rule for settlement within 7 days.
Therefore, i request you to kindly redress this issue.
