ATM fraud.

I had withdrawn Rs.3000 on 27th Sep 2014 at 21:44:09 from ICICI Bank ATM located at C 134 B SUPERTECHSH, NOIDA,Shopprix Mall.But,I received a message in my registered mobile of two transactions one of Rs 3,000 and another one of Rs.10,000 from same ATM. The timing for Rs 10,000 transaction was at 21:45:33 which i have not done.I registered a complaint in AXIS Bank as my savings account is there.They found that the fraud transaction of Rs 10,000 was made from different ATM machine as that ATM has 3 ATM machines inside.In the transactions record which ICICI has send to Axis bank only 10,000 amount transaction is showing the other one that is of Rs 3000 which i have withdrawn was not there.Hence,the axis bank employee concluded that both the transactions were made from different machines but it is not possible that in such a small time difference to do two transactions from different machines.The issue is still pending with axis bank.They are investigating the matter again and will revert within 15 days.Please help me in getting my money back and the perfect proof of this would be CCTV Footage of that ATM.
