Would like to notify on the ATM Fraud that had happened on 22 Feb,2012.Since then the bank has been notified several times but all the efforts were in vein.Approached the Vile Parle Police Station but they denied lodging an FIR stating that you will have to go bank.
Approached the bank manager Srinath Joshi(Vile Parle East Branch) and I was informed that the matter has been escalated and same is narrated every time but again all in vein. I have submitted all the necessary documents asked by the bank but still no satisfactorily response from last six months. Also i approached the customer care division but again all in vein.
I would be highly obliged if you can look into the matter as I am student from J.J.School of Arts B.F.A Painting and help me in getting my hardly earned money as for me 7000 is a very big as I have got cash prize for my painting.
