On 9th Jan 2013, I have purchased a study table and 3 door Wardrobe from Houseful. They asked me to pay first and the product delivered within 15 days. I have done the pre-payment through online and was waiting for the products. It didn’t deliver as per the given dates. I called four or five times to the customer care and they finally delivered both the products.
They kept the wardrobe in home and told the assembley unit will come next day to assemble the Wardrobe (and a mirror is also missing in the delivery). I am eagerly waiting for the assembly team for assembling the product. Till now no call from the customer care department as well. I called more than 10 times for this, and my calls are ended in vain. They communicate that it will be done within 2 to 3 days, but ended in vain.
