Askmebazaar.com is a fraud website selling duplicate products

I have bought a Xiaomi power bank of 10400 mAh from askmebazaar.com but they sell me a duplicate product. I have fully charged the power bank and than charged my 2000 mah battery smart phone . My phone charged from 3% to 66% and the power bank battery goes nil. I think there is some faulty in charging so I again charged fully and try to charged my smart phone again from 5% .. this time it has charged up to 62% and again the power bank charged goes nil. Than I come to know that askmebazaar site us selling duplicate products as I cross check my powerbank from xiomi website… Now I think they sell me 1000 mah power bank in the name of 10400mah battery.
i have also case a file on askmebazaar website and the complain number is 102007, as they tell me that they will resolve my issue with in 24-48 hours but its more than 5 days over, i have not receive a single response from there side. So, now i here to raise a complain against askmebazaar website so that other consumers may not fall in there trap.
Please help me out from this issue..

I hope consumerforum will surely take a strict action regarding this matter against askmebazaar
