My h.p laptop has a problem on the screen and regarding this I went to the h.p service centre at secunderabad. I talked with one of the man available there and I narrated my problem to him. He checked my laptop purchased receipt and he filled a form called SERVICE CALL REPORT and made me to sign and gave me four days to complete the rectification. And at the same time I asked him about any extra charge and he told me that the laptop is still under warranty period and so no need to pay any money. After four days I went there and he told me that they don’t have any lcd screen match with my one and he gave me one mail id and advice me to mail so that I get a solution. But this people are asking me for money now. And so I want strict action against them.Thanks.
