Asking for unreasonable 3 months notice

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Hyderabad Public School

I worked in Howard Public School, Himayatnagar Hyderabad from 2001 to 2012 December. It is under contract. Every year they will renew the contract. I resigned my job on 20th December 2012 as I got in Hyderabad Public School. As per service contract one has to give one months notice or three months salary in lieu of notice. But to my surprise they were asking for three months notice or pay three months salary when I gave resignation letter and asked me letter from me stating I wanted to be relieved immediately.

I also wrote and gave that because I have to join in Hyd Pub school in one month and I need my original certificates also which I deposited in the Howard Public School. What a grave injustice done to me sir? It is not only for me that the injustice done but to all the staff.

The management asks the teachers or other staff’s consent whether he is continuing next year or not before three months of the ending of contract.

If you give only one months notice they won’t release the original certificates.

I pray the justice to get my money of three months back for which they there is no receipt given also.
