Name of company/service: GGS Engineering college
I am a student of degree in CS , a punished with year back due to my prolonged absense from class due to health problem.
Now as i want to continue my education further,The management is asking for fees for lapse year.I already paid my fees for last year.
They are telling me ,that this is rule,
Two punishment for a single guilt , Money as well as year loss ?
Please help me out as i am a loan bearer
to a bank for engineering fees.
