Asking For check bounce charges.

Dear Sir , I bought a bajaj bike in october 2008 from family credit bank i paid 48K Cash and rest 20k on 8 installment of INR 2500/- , Later on the basis of my good track record they have entitled me for the personal loan of rs 30,000 for 3 years,,,, now i have paid all the installment and when i called them for NOC they are asking for check bounce charges whereas all the EMI paid by ECS…According to them check bounce charges are for 2010. Simeulteniously they are also telling me for waiver contact to our sales manager and they are not ready to provide any solution , please do or suggest what van be done in this.
