Asking for additional amount to deliver purchased mobiles from adventmobilestore

Sir, I purchased mobilephones(Samsung Galaxy S3—-2+1 Units)from adventmobilestore in response to their add in olx.com under buy 2 and get 1 free offer and paid the pull amount ie, Rs.51000/- in two instalments through State bank of India.They are not sending my mobiles and asking for additional amount ie, Rs.28,000/- to deliver the product.I paid Rs.25,500/- on 18-7-2012 and another Rs.25,500/- on 19-7-2012 totally i paid Rs.51000/- ie, pull cost of products i purchased.Their local India despatch clerk Mr.Harry Pillip is not responding to my phone calls and he is giving unrelated answers to my SMS messages.I think it is bogus add given by some persons on the name of ADVENTMOBILESTORE uk to cheat customers and get easy money. Before paying money i have asked their local India despatch clerk about any hide amounts.He told me that there are no any type of hide amounts. In this connection, i request you that to help me to delivery of the product or to get my money return back.
