Name of company/service: Ashoka Packers and Movers
I took the direct transport service of Ashoka packers and movers from Pune to Hyderabad.
My household goods were packed and loaded from my residence at Pune . The truck was full when it was loaded from my house.
After that they took their truck to gowdown and loaded 28 more cartons of someone else .
They charged me of full direct fare and still the goods havent reached my place.
The person with whom I dealt with are not picking up the phone.
My relatives are waiting from yesterday to receicve my goods but there arent any updates from there side. The truck reached hyderabad yesterday but still they havent delivered the goods
