Dear sir/madam

i have been booked costly life saving medicines on 12 Mar 2011through speed post ambernath vide receipt no -em6152659272in is missing . i made letter to div off. thane, speed post centre sahar, mumbai grahak panchayatvia post office ambernath.
Due to non delivery of medicines mother was treated for breath attack by spending more than Rs. 12000/-. total amount spend till todate is more than Rs20,000/- which includes cost of medicines.

it is requested that suitable action may be take for compensation.

    SIR I SEND MY PARCEL FROM KHAMBHAT , GUJARAT TO DELHI, TRACKING NUMBER IS EG495723550IN, THIS ARTICLE IS WELL PACKED AND SECURE WHEN I REGISTERED FOR SPEED POST. AT THE RECEIPT AND CHECKING WHEN THE PARTY SHOW ND AWAKE THAT HE HAS SEEING 2 BOXES OPENED INSIDE AND ARTICLE DAMAGED.

    AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING ARTICLE WEIGHT IS 280 GM.
    BUT WHEN HE RECEIVES HE WEIGHT AND SHOWS ONLY 140 GMS.

    FOR FURTHER CHECKING OF IT HE SHOW THAT , HE IS GETTING ONLY 3 PIECES INSTEAD OF 5 , TWO PIECES ARE STOLEN , SO 2*6000RS= 12000RS. LOSS HE SAID TO ME.

    AFTER HE AM GOING TO POST OFFICE AND SAID ALL THE THING ABT THIS, THEY SAY WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. SO HOWS IT POSSIBLE ?

    ALL THE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HAVE SAME STRATEGY TO ESCAPE FROM THEIR DUTY ?

    NO ONE HAS TO ANSWER LOYALLY ABOUT THIS.

    SO WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS, PLS HELP ME AND SUGGEST ME. MY CUSTOMER HAS MISUNDERSTANDING FOR ME AS I AM RIGHT AT MY SIDE.
