ArthiSoft.com (spam) – duplicate content issue

Sir,

I am from India and want to file a complain against ArthiSoft.com (www.arthisoft.com), as they have copied my website content and my written blogs for their marketing purpose without crediting back to my original author name.

Please suggest me the prime law/regulations I can charge this company with. I am willing to pay reasonable amount to person who can help me to take down my content (including images) from this website as well as their affiliated websites.

    Hi Pinky Malhotra,

    I checked Arthisoft.com website content in Copyscape and I didn’t find any content which are copyrighted. Please kindly mention here your website and also URL’s which you think has duplicated content so I compare both and give you some solution about it.
