arrogant staff, uneducated attendant

The attendant filled 99.90p. The rate is 78. I argued with him, and forced him to fill to the amount I had paid beforehand.

The attendant was super arrongant, this was understood, as all petrol pump attendants are mostly uneducated. I forced him tol fill full petrol. There should be number where public can call on such incidents, to teach such people a lesson
