Arbitrary Charging by Dish TV

Name of company/service: Dish TV

I have a Dish TV a/c. The company habitually change the package arbitrarily and charge addl amounts. As an example they stopped Super Saver Gold pack and automatically converted customers to Super World package, increasing price by Rs 10/-. Even though the no of packages have increased they quietly removed few popular channels. The customers suddenly deprived of channels then contact customer care; customer care tell them that the package is Ala carte and charge them for it. Is it not a sly way of exploiting unsuspecting customers?. New customers should think thrice before going for Dish TV!!
