I booked a pickup request on aramex.com.A person from aramex picked up my shipment.2 Days later when i tracked my shipment, website displayed that the item has not been recieved at aramex HQ.
They took rs 160 from me.I called costumer care and they said that the parcel has not been recieved at aramex centre.How is this posible?The package contains expensive computer parts worth rs 4000.
HUGE loss for me.Please take some action on this unreliable company.
