Applied For New Gas connection

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Dhananjaya Enterprises

I applied for new Gas Conncetion on 13 July with Dhananjay Enterprises and given Amount Rs 4500 and that guy told You will get connection maximum by 10 August ,Today when I called that guy he is saying That Gas Agency has incresed the price by 2500 ,so how can anyone incresed the price by >50% and if he has given the slip for 4500 ,then how while giving anyone can ask for more amount.

I think that guy is giving my conncetion to someone else and charging more.

Please do the needfull as i am facing lot of problem here in bangalore and it is already 1 month from the day i applied the connection.
