Respected Sir/Madam,

My self Dr. Shahanavaj Khan (HOD, Shri ram Group of College, Muzaffarnagar) would like to invite your kind attention that my passport, File Ref. No.GZB-A015484-12, (Applicant Name AISHA KHAN, my wife), File Ref. No. GZB-C003525-12, (Applicant Name MOHD TALHA KHAN my son) and File Ref. No. GZB-C003494-12, (Applicant Name. SUMAYYA KHAN my daughter) is too much delayed and not despatch till now.

However, all the formalities such as police & LIU reports have been cleared latest by two month ago and the online status confirms that passport is expected to be dispatched by 11-06-2012 for my wife and 03-07-2012 for my children. But there are none of the passports have been dispatch till now.

I am humbly requesting to you please, guided the conserend authorty for take the necessary action to issue my passports as urgent need for huj.
