Our family has been users of Apple for many years now. All products that we use be it ipad/iphone/macbook/imac – all are from apple. We recently upgraded to iphone 6 (for my husband) and iphone 6 plus (mine) in November 2014. My phone slipped from my hand and fell down and the screen got shattered in January. Apple simply said there is no way it can be repaired as they don’t have the facility to open the phone in India. I had to pay Rs.25000/- to get a new piece as a replacement for my 6plus, leave alone being phone-less for 4 days till their stock arrives. Now again my phone fell down and the screen got shattered. The very next day the screen of my husband’s iphone 6 also broke. I can’t believe Apple has given such a flimsy screen for such expensive phones. Where is value for money here ? And they don’t even have a way to repair it here. Extremely disappointed. My 4S has fallen down multiple times and not once has it broken down. Its a phone that we use everyday. How can Apple think it will not fall down at all ?! So frustrating.
