Is there any way where I can give a ‘0’ star rating to MTS? I just don’t understand why these people are in business? To extort money from public through false commitments, lies and horrendous customer service?? I guess so.!!
In an extremely ‘unfortunate and odd’ hour, some months back, I have decided to buy an MTS pre paid data card. It was working average then, but lately (for atleast 3 months) now, the speed, the connection etc has gone for a toss. I cant even download simple music videos from youtube!!! I have to reconnect more than 10 times everyday or else “webpage” is not available.
I called customer service(which is an another story) and no joy. They release your calls every time or put on hold and release. I guess these fraud stars should be removed from the market soon. Is there anyone who can give justice to our money that was fraudulently taken by MTS?? I am surely not staying with them. I will make sure that I put articles on every public forums not to give their business to MTS, unless they want to get screwed. How can I get my money back for the data card??
