APOLOGY

Hi Everyone
I am an ex-employee of Wisdomjobs and i want to share my experience with this company.
When i joined the company i was so proud that we help the job seekers to get an interview call by dealing with their resume.
I used to make good sales and used to earn double my salary. My mind was completely into it but later i came to know there were millions of complaints from customers on the complaint websites and i was shocked to see my colleagues names highlighted.
I Discussed with my colleagues and they said all the job portals work this way and i took it in a funny way but my customers dropped me so many mails after 1 or 2 months as they paid a lot of premium to our services and my colleagues just told me to ignore those.
I wanted to concentrate on my probing and my month target but my heart was not letting me probe on our services because what ever i said, they were all false. Even my friends used to say wisdomjobs is a waste portal, no jobs no calls !!
I used to laugh along with them but inside i was feeling embarrassed .
i left the company and joined a new organization and after 45 days i came to claim for my pf. My forms were submitted and it was the 3rd month from the date of submission and i just thought why i havnt recieved my pf but one of my colleague from my new organization said it would take 6 months so i waited and after 6 months i mailed my HR and that lady replied, Your pf was rejected kindly come and submit the bank statement again”
i was so pissed off and replied to her saying why the hell didnt you inform me earlier etc etc and after a big quarell i finally went to my previous company to meet her but that lady sent her assistant and she said she is not avalable. such a bullshit response she gave. Anyhow she provided me my pf form which i submitted.
SUCH A WASTE COMPANY IT IS AND WASTE STAFFs n MANAGEMENT! I FEEL SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF THAT I WORKED IN WISDOMJOBS. I AM SO SORRY TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS WHO WASTED THEIR MONEY ON OUR USELESS SERVICES BUT YES RESUME WRITING SERVICES WERE GOOD. BECAUSE OF THE RESUME WRITERS, MY RESUME WAS SELECTED BY THE COMPANY WHERE I AM CURRENTLY WORKING IN !!
